Quick Information

1:  Received art is only to be re-sold ONCE (No duplicates!) with the trade or gift shared via screenshot to me, including the new recipient's name. This way I can track the current owner in case the art is lost. Once meaning; you cannot sell it multiple times to multiple people, there must only be one instance of the character owned.

2:  Wherever it is posted, the original art MUST be credited to me! Either here, or at deviantart.com/Otterbird !

3: Edits or changes can be made to the piece in post so long as the original version is still credited to me, with a statement like: Edited By (BirdlyOtter) 

4:  Pre-determined prices are ESTIMATES. They are based on the amount of time it takes to complete. This means, depending on how many edits are done, the price can rise or fall. Edits post-sketch stage will take more time and therefore cost more. 

5:  If you have read the rules, fill in the bottom of the form with the example name in #3. 

6:  When it comes to references, read carefully, as I have had many problems with this in the past. Please include any and all images, preferences, ideas, and anything you want in the piece. If something is missing that you wanted included and is mentioned post sketch stage, it will raise the cost! 

7:  I will ONLY edit, change, and otherwise work with an art piece with the buyer rather than two or more other people to prevent confusion and back-and-forths. If it is for a group piece, choose a buyer or a 'main voice' for me to stay in contact with that handles all the group's final design choices. 

8: I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I find it necessary. Verbal abuse, insults, payment refusal and theft will earn a place on my avoid list. I don't do this often, as most people I speak with are very pleasant, but I've heard the horror stories from other artists!

9: When it comes to payment through PayPal, please choose the options for goods/purchases/wares, and not gifts. Paypal needs to take its cut or else I'll get into trouble.

10: These rules are subject to updates/changes in the future as I deem fit!

Add "Priority" to Additions in the form if you want to pay an additional $10 to be placed at the top of the list. If an order is already marked as a Priority, any payment above that base number will bump yours up higher, otherwise all orders will be handled at my own discretion on priorities. 

For example, if you see an order ID at Priority 10, you can submit a request of 11 dollars to be placed at Priority 11 and get yours finished first.
